Cooking Class or the Turkey Testicle Festival



This is something I had no idea about.  Who would have thought to deep fry these, and you fry them until they float.  Who knew.

    Who would have thought anybody would eat them? This is a modern version of "mountain oysters?

    I have a friend who refuses to eat any innards of animals and adds the "greaser" to the list.
