Anna over at Anna Carson's photography has announced a Project Black. Here is my little photo of the new crock pot we got a while back. It is on its maiden voyage as I type. It is so pretty and shiny and black and weird looking right now.
I took lots more pictures of black things. The memory of project blue is still with me and I didn't participate in it. I'd just started blogging when I noticed it.
Now head on over to Anna's Blogspot and check out all the black entries.

Great photo! I love it when we can make an artistic photo out of a mundane object like a crockpot. Isn't this fun?
ReplyDeleteThat does look pristine. Makes mine look, well, NOT pristine!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. Glad you decide to play along this time!
Nice and shiny. I hope it's maiden voyage goes well and that you dine in splendor tonight. Cool photo.
ReplyDeleteHave you tried crockpot liners? I love them. They will help keep your crockpot looking shiny and new!
ReplyDeleteI just figured out where the pop-ups that freeze my comp are coming from. I may have to restrict visiting here to once per day at the end of the day, because the shut-down and re-boot thing (which my comp will force me to do as soon as I close that dang pop-up) is a pain.
Other pop-ups my comp blocks. Yours it chokes on. I don't know why.
Great shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat's for dinner? :)
I like it! Welcome to the blogosphere!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how popular crock pots have become again
Oooooo! That is a shiny new black!!! Very cool! I've never heard of those crock pot liners of which Quilly speaks... I'm gonna have to look! Although... I think it might be too late for mine!
ReplyDeleteI will be scheduling project blacks for tomorrow & Saturday... I'll come around and catch up on Sunday!
Oh -- yea -- I definitely DO get pop-ups here! But they don't shut me down.
What a nice big crockpot! Great shot :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat start on project black. Isn't it funny how these projects make you notice colors!
ReplyDeleteA simple shot but interesting when looked at through the eyes of project black.
ReplyDeleteLooks all shinny and new. Have a great weekend and enjoy that "first" meal!
