Since I didn't get to actually go to Woodstock, I did the next best thing and tivoed a movie put together from film taken at the time of the event. I loved it and my husband and I had to think hard to put faces with songs we knew, but couldn't recall. Thank goodness for the laptop, it's been a very long time.
It was good to see Arlo Guthrie like he used to look, but not so much anymore, but is still as opinionated as ever. Roger Daltrey looked very fine and he knew it, too. He still does, but not as fine at 65 as he did at 25. Who does.
There will be a movie sometime later in the summer this year using a lot of the situations that happened during those 3 days.
