  1. Snow to me always looks good on Christmas cards,
We have sunshine today although the wind is icy to the body.

    Have a lovely day.

  2. I saw your comment on Melli's blog that you have such a lot of snow ! It's quiet unusual in Brussels too ! and today it's snowing again.

  3. Lovely photos. I understand your excitement, we rarely get the white stuff here in SC either. All the same, I am glad it is melting rapidly. Enjoy yours, I hope it lasts exactly as long as you want it to.

  4. I am so happy for you. Those of us who don't get snow too much really appreciate it. Take your sweetie out side and have a good ole snow ball fight. Enjoy.
    Happy Valentines Day.

  5. We did have such a good time with it until the branches started cracking and falling. I was right by the window in the kitchen when one branch fell hitting the windows. That gave me pause as to how much I love snow...but still I do.

  6. Good job with the slide show. We have a daughter in Dallas who was without power for about 36 hours. Did you lose power? It's endless winter in Iowa this year, but mercy, I can't believe Texas is having Iowa weather.

  7. Hi, Thanks for your visit and lovely comment, I have mostly indoor plants and love to watch them bloom, I understand your message about planting seeds and watching them flourish then die,.... a bit like life really.
My main interest is music which I grew up with, and I'm also into relaxation and physcology which I learnt whilst going through the grieving process.
Once again thanks for the interest.
    Have a lovely day.

  8. Red Hampster,
Bless you daughter's heart. It was cold and miserable enough without losing power. We had power and a gas cooktop and gas logs, if we ever do. We can hardly believe the snowy weather. It is because of the el nino in the Southern Hemisphere....gotta be. The first I heard of an el nino year it snowed a lot and was cold. Last year was la nina and it was not cold and no snow and barely any rain. It is exciting to live in Texas....we never know what will happen next. Thanks for dropping by.

  9. Ohhhhhhh CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am SO HAPPY you finally GOT some! I am still wishing OURS would MELT or disappear in some other fashion! I don't care HOW it goes - I just wish it would! I'm willing to go for 40 days and 40 nights of RAIN right now to wash it AWAY ... but I suspect there are those who would object to that solution.

Anyway... no, I've not been cruising with Anil P... or whoever... I've just been enjoying some time without the world wide web! And I maaaaaaaaaay even do it again one day! It was kind of nice not running to the computer every 5 minutes! LOL!

I hope all is well with YOU these days - that you are feeling BETTER - and that the inlaws are behaving themselves!
