Project Black=Day 1

Anna over at Anna Carson's photography has announced a Project Black. Here is my little photo of the new crock pot we got a while back. It is on its maiden voyage as I type. It is so pretty and shiny and black and weird looking right now.

I took lots more pictures of black things. The memory of project blue is still with me and I didn't participate in it. I'd just started blogging when I noticed it.
Now head on over to Anna's Blogspot and check out all the black entries.

  1. Great photo! I love it when we can make an artistic photo out of a mundane object like a crockpot. Isn't this fun?

  2. That does look pristine. Makes mine look, well, NOT pristine!

Great photo. Glad you decide to play along this time!

  4. Have you tried crockpot liners? I love them. They will help keep your crockpot looking shiny and new!

I just figured out where the pop-ups that freeze my comp are coming from. I may have to restrict visiting here to once per day at the end of the day, because the shut-down and re-boot thing (which my comp will force me to do as soon as I close that dang pop-up) is a pain.

Other pop-ups my comp blocks. Yours it chokes on. I don't know why.

  7. Oooooo! That is a shiny new black!!! Very cool! I've never heard of those crock pot liners of which Quilly speaks... I'm gonna have to look! Although... I think it might be too late for mine!

I will be scheduling project blacks for tomorrow & Saturday... I'll come around and catch up on Sunday!

Oh -- yea -- I definitely DO get pop-ups here! But they don't shut me down.
